You will be responsible for managing the daily Resort operations, maintaining established costs and quality standards.

  • Recruiting, onboarding, coaching, including ongoing training and disciplinary actions, development, and mentoring of all associates
  • Manage Resort's inventory to attain the highest yield and overall quality.
  • Ensure safety and compliance in all areas of the Resort's guests and personnel
  • Control costs, adhering to forecasts operating costs are within budgetary guidelines, departmental payroll controls, other expenses while anticipating and documents capital expenditure requirements.
  • Enable innovation, drive results, perform inspections to ensure
  • Assists in preparing weekly and monthly reports as outlined by the Resort Manager
  • Performs any other duties deemed necessary by the Resort Manager.


  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated knowledge and leadership experience (5+ years) in both front of the house and back of the house management
  • Knowledge of P&L statements and the ability to react with impactful strategies
  • Timeshare experience strongly preferred.
  • Daily operations of the front desk, reservations, and problem resolution.
  • Must be able to develop management staff, planning, and organization skills.
  • Working knowledge of the Association's governing documents and HOA bylaws strongly preferred
  • Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and Microsoft office experience.
