Job Description

The Assistant Director of Field Administration and Quality Assurance (ADFAQA) is designed to be a Director of Field Administration training program in which candidates complete a 6-12 month period of intense training in all areas of Field Administration including Guest Reception, Quality Assistance, and Administrative items. During this period, ADFAQA’s are assigned to mentor with a top-producing DFAQA and are responsible for ensuring they complete a training checklist along with monthly tollgates in order to be ready to proceed with running his/her own site as a DFAQA. During the training period, ADFA’s will also have increased exposure to Site, Regional & National Leadership as part of their continued growth plan.

The Director of Field Administration and Quality Assurance is responsible for the leadership and oversight of site level Sales and Marketing Administrative functions, including Quality Assurance, Guest Reception, and Administrative items.



  • The DFAQA is responsible for building and maintaining strong working relationships with Sales (DOS) and Marketing (DOM/RDOM) partners and site leadership.
  • Ensuring compliance within the Sales Integrity, Marketing Admin and Sales Admin Policy Manuals, as well as compliance of all legal and other applicable internal policies.
  • Drives processes that result in exceptional standards of quality production and customer service including: maintaining high performance standards in Quality Assurance and Guest Reception Certification, multifaceted Efficiencies, Rescission Rates, Medallia, PAC / TP PAC, Sales Integrity and other assigned areas.
  • This position requires an active and engaged partnership to support key performance indicators, goals and initiatives as set forth by the company including budgeting and profit metrics.
  • The DFAQA must effectively lead and mentor a team, foster a positive culture, possess in-depth knowledge of process and policy, associate development and performance management.
