Job Description

As an Administrative Assistant you are responsible for providing administrative support for daily sales center operations. You’ll use your outstanding customer service skills to:

  • Answer incoming calls and assist the guest reception team when needed
  • Actively seek ways to improve and increase the effectiveness of the company through your daily operational support.
  • Provide general support to the sales administrative and guest reception teams.
  • Solve problems with your organizational skills, ability to multi-task and strong administrative skills.

(Schedule is 8 am – 4 pm for 5 days and includes weekends)

  • Possess excellent phone skills, diplomacy, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Have demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Have a High School Diploma or equivalent.  (College education is preferred)
