Assistant the Director of Marketing in the day to day activities of the Marketing department as well as the Sales Front Desk and all Marketing Administrative Operations.
Assist in the preparation of performance appraisals, counselling, and coaching sessions; handle disciplinary paperwork for all site Marketing Staff
Report representative performance standards
Track tour cost for DOM to ensure costs are below approved or budgeted levels
Scheduled and prepare minutes for weekly meeting with all associates to address procedures, policies, issues, and programs
Ensure reports are submitted by set deadline
Maintain calendar for DOM for expiring local voucher/premium contracts
Assist in the management of Sales Front Desk and Marketing Admin Personnel, includes ensuring daily, weekly, and monthly reporting is accurate from both a Concierge and Financial standpoint
Ensure Premium Inventory is kept secure, properly tracked and accounted for daily.
Conducts weekly premium inventory counts.
Prepares in-depth analysis of the financial reports and understanding of cost/production relationships as it relates to key measurements (cost per tour, APG's, Marketing %'s, etc.)
Participates in Daily, weekly, and monthly review with DOM monitoring of all program reports and performance results
Thorough understanding and adherence to administrative policies and procedures.

Job Requirements:
3-5 years of applicable industry (preferably with Bluegreen)
3 - 5 years Customer Service experience
Concierge , Web Based Reporting , and basic check-in procedures Customer Service and qualify fundamentals, MS Office, Outlook , Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Internet Explorer, company's intranet system and corporate policies and procedures
Detailed - oriented with strong analytical and problem solving skills, strong ability to think strategically and analyze information timely and accurately, strong interpersonal communication skills to deal effectively with all levels of the organization
