The Innsbruck Hotel, located in Aspen, CO is seeking a detail oriented Part-time Administrative Assistant. Hiring Immediately, apply today!

  • Compensation: Starting at $20 an hour, Dependent upon experience. Range $20.00-23.10 per hour
  • Schedule: Part time/Full-time, Monday-Friday 8A – 5PM, Monday- Friday, occasional weekend as needed

As an Administrative Assistant you are responsible for providing administrative support to the Resort Manager and support daily resort operations. You are efficient and comfortable being a member of a team, possess the ability to multi-task while managing administrative support, organizational skills and you are a problem solver. You will also assist and cross-train at the Front Desk and provide greeting, check-in/check-out services, and deliver an outstanding guest experience.

POSITION DETAILS:

  • Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, forms, reports and legal documents, and submit and reconcile expense reports.
  • Excellent phone skills, diplomacy, confidentiality, and professionalism to deal with issues of the utmost urgency and sensitivity.
  • You have a minimum of two to three years of prior experience in an administrative role, performing general support to multiple individuals, including management.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, as well as daily administrative duties in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
  • Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
