As an Activations Travel Consultant, you will be assisting our guests and owners with planning their vacation. Utilizing dialer software, you will proactively reach out to existing customers to provide personalized reservation consultation and vacation customization. You will be a destination expert who will utilize sales techniques to make recommendations to fit the guests needs. You will also use creative problem-solving skills to direct and positively impact the

customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound phone calls to open-dated vacation

  package holders with intent to secure a reservation

• Assisting guests with understanding and maximizing

  their vacation purchase

• Adhering to approved verification scripting and

  providing outstanding guest service

• Proper handling of the dialer system to maximize

  performance and productivity

• Have a thorough understanding, and keep up with changes

  to systems, vacation offers, promotions, destinations, participation

  details and policy changes

• Maximize vacation experiences by selling additional

  vacation enhancements, such as room upgrades, additional nights, or retail

  experiences

 Qualifications:

• Strong communication and influential skills
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Computer proficient
• Min. 6 months of sales experience
• Min. 6 months call center experience
• Outgoing personality and excellent customer service skills
• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple systems at once
• Ability to be flexible with work schedule, including overtime, weekends, and holidays

$15 an hour plus commsission. Up to $65,000 earning potential
