JOB SUMMARY:

As an Accounting Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the accounts payable, financial, and accounts receivable for the resort and the food and beverage department. You will work with members of the resort to compile, analyze, and report financial data. Prepare weekly, monthly, and yearly financial consolidations to the general ledger. Act as a point of contact between corporate and internal departments, serving as a liaison between accounting and external parties, clients, suppliers, and lenders.


YOUR EXPERIENCE:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Experience in bookkeeping, management, or relevant field may be required.
  • Computer literate – must have the ability to type and learn accounting, POS, and PMS programs. Experience using Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) preferred.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • High level of accountability, accuracy, and efficiency, especially when multitasking.
